If something goes catastrophically wrong, like you order a necklace and get delivered a chainsaw, or your product is in less than perfect condition when it arrives then we are going to have strong words with the postman!
Any damaged or faulty goods can be returned to Rai at 3/503 Gympie Road, Strathpine QLD 4500. Or if you simply change your mind (don’t worry we’re not offended *crying face emoji*) we offer a 30 day returns policy alongside a full money back guarantee. Unless the reason is that your partner doesn’t like it– who asked for their opinion anyway?
